Grenache, Swartland, 2025

Silky, deep and impressively sustained, the 2025 Grenache combines dark and red fruits with a more glamorous, immediately expressive character. It remains perfumed and finely textured, but moves towards greater substance and tighter focus, with firmer extraction and a confident tannic structure. A blend of four vineyards, with 55–60% aged in concrete. The wine spent approximately three weeks on skins, including a submerged-cap component that brings additional bite and definition.
