Dalsheimer Hubacker, Riesling, Auslese, 2017

A little botrytis in the blend here and immediately there’s an extra level of complexity and richness, as sticky toffee apple notes fuse with intense, almost limey citrus elements in this long, intense and vibrant Auelse. Amazingly serious and complex but also up front – there’s nothing not to like here. Superb.
